Sonia came to Sacramento from Chihuahua, Mexico in 1989. She started working in a Mexican Restaurant and learned quickly she enjoyed working in the Restaurant Industry and dealing with people. Being a very independent and hardworking person, she decided she wanted to do something for herself, so she convinced her two sisters to start a Restaurant. In 1996, they decided to open Tres Hermanas. The whole family worked together and they came up with recipes of Mexican food that they enjoyed. The result has a delicious homecooked taste that has satisfied every palette.
